Shipping policy

Printed to order. Every item is made after you order it.

Processing and shipping time. Orders ship within 5–10 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. US delivery typically takes an additional 2–5 business days after shipment.

Shipping cost. Free standard shipping on all orders to US addresses, including APO/FPO/DPO. We don't currently ship outside the United States.

If we're delayed.

• If we can't ship your order within the time stated above, we'll email you before that time passes. The email will give you a revised shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
• If you choose to cancel, or if we can't give you a revised date, we'll refund you in full within 7 business days to your original payment method.
• If a second delay happens, we'll cancel and refund your order automatically unless you tell us you'd like to keep waiting.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reship it once you confirm the correct address. We may ask you to cover the reshipping cost.

Lost packages. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or shows "delivered" but you don't have it, email support@olympustabard.com. We'll open a claim with the carrier and replace the order if it can't be located.
