These terms apply when you use olympustabard.com (the "Store") or buy from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. "We," "us," and "our" mean Olympus Tabard.

1. Orders

Every item is printed to order after you buy it. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, suspected fraud or a pricing error), and if we do, we'll refund you in full.

2. Pricing and errors

Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout, along with any applicable taxes. We try to keep everything accurate, but if a price, description, or image is wrong, we may correct it and will give you the option to confirm or cancel your order before it ships. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the printed product.

3. Shipping

We ship to US addresses only. Timing, delays, and lost packages are covered in our Shipping Policy.

4. Returns and refunds

Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Each item gets one free size exchange within 30 days of delivery, and misprints, defects, and damage are replaced or refunded, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All original artwork © Olympus Tabard. Fan-made; not affiliated with the guild or the game. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce our designs or site content without our written permission. Rights concerns: email support@olympustabard.com with "Rights" in the subject.

6. Using the Store

Don't misuse the Store, interfere with its operation, or use it for anything unlawful. Payments and checkout are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, and your use of them is also subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Products and the Store are provided "as is," except as stated in our policies or required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can't be waived.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.
